Questions
What counts as storage?
Storage is the total minutes of recordings you keep. Deleting a recording frees that room again.
Do live meetings count against the upload limit?
No. Live meetings recorded with the Branix extension never count against the upload limit. Only files you upload do.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay only for AI features as they arrive. Transcription is never charged in credits.
How do I pay?
Request an upgrade from the Billing page; Softobia arranges payment by bank transfer or InstaPay and applies your plan.
